Website development, depending on the complexity of the project can typically run from 4-6 weeks or longer to complete. We generally break up the development cycle into 3 manageable milestones or phases. All projects are as individual as the company, product or service they represent. Our development process is broken up into the following steps:

Phase 1. Consultation
After the first initial consultation by phone or email to establish the particulars of your project, we will complete a proposal that outlines your specifications, objectives, and goals. We will then submit this proposal, along with a time estimate, and price quote, to your company for approval. Once we have received your approval to proceed, work on your project will commence.

Phase 2. Development
This step establishes the basic navigational layout, the design concept, and the functional flow of any interactive portions At this time we will require all documentation, page copy, images, logos, and photos from the client. Instead of using print layouts or storyboards, the prototype site is hosted on our sever and made available to the client for review. Revisions can quickly be made and seen by the client, allowing for timely feedback and approval.

Phase 3. Completion

After any modifications, revisions, or changes have been made to the prototype, final work begins on the website. This includes coding of pages, adding copy, images, and navigation, and if required, programming any backend applications, databases, shopping carts, etc. Final proof reading, beta testing, and quality assurance checks are implemented before submission for final client approval. On acceptance, final payment is made and the site is transferred to the client server for completion.
